This is what you would expect from a great artisan coffeehouse. We take a perfect blend of exotic beans to a medium roast level. The resulting flavor is clean and balanced with a nice acidity. It’s a smooth coffee you’ll find you can drink cup after cup. .

Are you a dark roast lover? Finale is our medium bodied coffee roasted just for you. We roast the beans right up to the point when the oils appear on the surface. The result is a nice finish with hints of berry..

In our darkest roast blend, you’ll find a medium to more heavy bodied coffee, with a perfect balance of spicy and smoky. But Dark isn’t bitter like other dark roasts and the aftertaste will make you fall in love.

Without is our non-chemical, water-processed decaf. But the one thing it isn’t without is incredible flavor. We use a delicious Central American blend with notes of caramel and a medium body.

We offer a smooth espresso that works wonderfully with milk but is still delightful as a straight shot. Our espresso blend has medium acidity, no bitterness, and is roasted to a medium body with citrus and chocolate notes.
